S/Sgt Roy William Vandenbree
16th Infantry Regiment - E Company

Roy William Vandenbree was in Company E, 2nd Battalion, 16 Infantry, 1st Division.  He served in Sicily, Normandy, St. Lo, Mortain, Mons, Aachen and
Hurten Forest.  I am sending four pictures of my grandfather and two of them are from the winter of 1945 and the one label  August 8, 1944.  The August
one is my grandfather (standing to the left) holding a nazi flag with a fellow GI.  The fourth picture label Big Red One is from France 1944.  I also have
pictures from England May 1944.  Well I thought you gentlemen would enjoy these pictures and I would gladly answer any questions you have.  Once
again I love what you guys do and we should always remember what these men did for the free world!  I'm hoping too hear from you and thank you.
